Chapter Philanthropy

In the Fall of 2017, the Gamma Mu chapter adopted our very own local philanthropy: Delivering Hope NOLA. This wonderful organization was founded by six mothers of premature babies. They aim to alleviate the stress and burdens that premature child birth can bring by providing care packages for these families during the holidays and in May on Parents for Preemies Day. Gamma Mu chose to partner with this extraordinary organization for our focus on Sigma Serves Children initiative and our recent National partnership with the March of Dimes, "a fighting chance for every baby." Gamma Mu has had the honor of donating items towards these care packages and meeting at a few different locations to put the packages together.
